Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change pursuant to the oral statement of 2 December 2013, Official Report, column 631, on energy bills, what recent discussions he has had with energy suppliers on reductions in bills for customers on fixed-term contracts.

Answer

Ministers have regular discussions with energy suppliers about a range of market issues, including bills and contracts.
