Financial Services (Banking Reform) Bill

Would my hon. Friend add to that list cloud funding and cloud sourcing, which many people think is the basis of a new, democratic capitalism in our country? It allows people to bypass the banks, which have so often failed us, and gives to our communities the power to regenerate businesses and communities.
