Will Ministers meet Andrew Symeou and his family—constituents of my hon. Friend the Member for Enfield North (Nick de Bois), who is away with the Justice Committee—and ensure that the EAW safeguards pass the Symeou test in order to ensure that UK citizens are not thrown into European jails for months on end on the basis of such flimsy evidence?
