To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 3 September 2019 to Question 281690 on Iran: tankers, whether the US Administration asked the UK to support the Gibraltar-led operation.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
