Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what assessment he has made of whether the Indian Government's repeal of Articles 370 and 35a of the Indian Constitution is in breach of the Simla Agreement.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
