To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 3 September 2019 to Question 281772, which departmental budget the £105m transferred into the Teachers' Pay Grant in the current financial year was drawn from.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
