Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what discussions he has had with the Home Secretary on the recent increase in Islamophobic hate crimes; and if he will make a statement.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
