Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what plans she has to enable people affected with terminal illness to be able to transfer pension rights to a wife, husband or civil partner as part of their inheritance.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
