Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether he has made an assessment of the potential merits of allowing resomation, also known as water cremation, to be used as an alternative to flame cremation in the UK.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
