Question

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether there is cross-departmental guidance on the use of number withheld phone numbers when contacting members of the public by phone.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the Rt. hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
