Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, if she make an assessment of the potential merits of offering Higher Level Stewardship rollovers to agreements expiring throughout the transition period in order to maintain environmental delivery and offer stabilisation to farmers struggling to engage with Countryside Stewardship for reasons beyond their control.
