Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what representations she has received from farmers on the operation of the Countryside Stewardship scheme in upland areas especially from farmers not offered a continuation in Higher Level Stewardship schemes.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
