Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the financial statement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 8 July 2015, Official Report, column 334, what the value will be of the new funding to provide additional support to help employment and support allowance claimants return to work; and what form this additional support will take.

Answer

· The Budget provided additional funding from April 2017, rising from £60m in 2017/18 to £100m a year in 2020/21.

· Further details will be set out in the autumn.
