Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Chancellor's Budget Statement of 8 July 2015, what assessment he has made of the potential effect of the Pay to Stay scheme on social rents in London; and if he will make a statement.

Answer

The Government has committed to implementing the pay to stay policy, the detail of which will be set out in due course.
