Question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to her contribution of 8 July 2014, Official Report, column 168, on the Modern Slavery Bill, if she will publish the interim review of the National Referral Mechanism before the Committee stage of that Bill is completed; and when she will publish the final review.

Answer

The House of Commons Committee Stage of the Modern Slavery Bill is expected to conclude on 14 October. We will publish the Interim Report of the Review before that date in order that the Committee can consider the Report. We will publish the final report in late autumn.
