Education (Student Support) (European University Institute) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/447). Lords debate on a motion to resolve that this House regrets the Regulations were laid without consultation with interested parties, without evidence that the Regulations met the original objectives of funding the College of Europe and without giving reasons for changing those objectives.
