Draft Climate Change Bill (Joint Committee)

Resolved that the House concurs with Lords Message of 23 April, relating to the Joint Committee appointed to consider and report on the draft Climate Change Bill, presented to both Houses on 13 March (Cm 7040); that the Committe appointed by the Commons meet the Committee appointed by the Lords; that notwithstanding the Resolution of 18 April, the Joint Committee should report by 25 July 2007.
