I am sure the hon. Gentleman is right, and there may be political reasons why they want the same rate. There may be political reasons why the Irish Government want a lot of things the same across the island of Ireland. As the hon. Gentleman knows, I speak as a strong Unionist. However, the issue is bigger than any of those problems. The hon. Gentleman may be right in that case. He leads me to an important point.
