My hon. Friend makes a good point. Clause 9 states that the provisions should include any vehicle that is"““kept on a street during the period when it is so exposed or offered for sale””." He is basically saying that that should be changed to being throughout the period when it is so exposed or offered to sale, because a short period could still make it vulnerable to being an offence.
