My Lords, I spoke to this amendment on Monday. The noble Earl, Lord Howe, replied in the depths of the evening, and at the conclusion of that debate I did not have a chance to say that I believe that this is an extremely important and fundamental matter. It concerns CCGs not being able to appoint shareholders or staff of CSOs to their decision-making committee. I signal my intention to bring this matter back on Report.
