The Minister has just mentioned the natural environment White Paper. What does he think of the criticism of the White Paper, and of the ““England Biodiversity Strategy: Biodiversity 2020””, by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, which stated recently that"““both are singularly lacking in implementation plans””,"
and that"““we need more than fine words, we need a clear delivery plan and we need it soon””?"
Are the Government not simply giving us more greenwash, to give the impression that they are the greenest Government ever?
