Environmental Protection and Green Growth

The Minister has just mentioned the natural environment White Paper. What does he think of the criticism of the White Paper, and of the ““England Biodiversity Strategy: Biodiversity 2020””, by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, which stated recently that"““both are singularly lacking in implementation plans””," and that"““we need more than fine words, we need a clear delivery plan and we need it soon””?" Are the Government not simply giving us more greenwash, to give the impression that they are the greenest Government ever?
