Armed Forces Bill

My Lords, I thank the Minister for his full and accurate response on the matter of consultation and for reading it into the record. I am satisfied that the clause should stand part of the Bill. I shall read in Hansard with great care what he said on the Constitution Committee’s response and we will return to it if there is a problem. However, at first pass it seems that the matter is properly covered. Clause 24 agreed. Clauses 25 and 26 agreed. Schedule 2 agreed. Clauses 27 to 29 agreed. Schedule 3 agreed. Clause 30 agreed.
