Localism Bill

Proceeding contribution from Baroness Wilkins (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 5 September 2011. It occurred during Debate on bills on Localism Bill.
I am grateful to the Minister for that reply and am most grateful to everybody who supported the amendments. I fear that it is still left to the discretion of the landlord and still leaves a feeling of insecurity. I would like to read the record and discuss it with the noble Lord, Lord Rix, who may want to return to the issue on Third Reading. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 30 withdrawn. Amendment 31 not moved.
