Wild Animals (Circuses)

Proceeding contribution from Lord Watts (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 23 June 2011. It occurred during Backbench debate on Wild Animals (Circuses).
The general public, MPs and even Ministers are opposed to live animals in circuses. Is it not clear that the only person blocking a ban is the Prime Minister?
