The hon. Gentleman asks me that question. Perhaps I should take that as a compliment, because the question probably ought to be asked of the Minister. I am tempted to say that I will check with my officials and write to the hon. Gentleman. In fact, I do not even have a researcher working for me in London, but I am sure that the Minister will reply for me in a few minutes' time.
