6: Schedule 1, page 19, line 36, at end insert— ““4 The explanatory document required under section 11(2) in respect of the regional development agencies must include— (a) the wording of the question that was asked about the principle of abolishing regional development agencies; (b) a summary of representations received in respect of the principle of abolishing regional development agencies.””
