We have heard lots of contributions from hon. Members about the coverage of football on local radio, but does my hon. Friend agree that local radio stations such as BBC Radio Merseyside also provide opportunities for other sports, such as basketball, to get attention? This week in basketball the chase is going to the wire, and it is stations such as BBC Radio Merseyside that are promoting teams such as the Mersey Tigers.
