My Lords, today's date was fixed without consultation. Had we been consulted, we would have said that there was no reason not to comply with the usual interval of three working days between Report and Third Reading, meaning that Third Reading would have taken place tomorrow. I raise the point not to invite debate or to seek change now but only so that the precedential effect of this is as limited as possible. Motion agreed.
