My Lords, we are now moving so fast. The Committee will be relieved to know that this is a minor and technical amendment to the modification made in Schedule 4 of the Bill to Regulation 61 of the Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001 as it applies for the purposes of a referendum. It is necessary to ensure that the counting officer is provided with any revisions which are made to any of the absent voter lists used for the referendum, and it provides further clarity to the absent voting provisions in the Bill.
