32B: Clause 69, page 50, line 26, at end insert— ““( ) In subsection (2), after paragraph (a), insert— ““(aa) requiring the holder of a licence to— (i) abstain from any sales activities while they provide or install, or facilitate the provision, installation or operation of, meters of a particular kind; (ii) only supply marketing material in written form while they provide or install, or facilitate the provision, installation or operation of, meters of a particular kind; (iii) supply independently written information outlining how to use the smart meter while they provide or install, or facilitate the provision, installation or operation of, meters of a particular kind””.””
