My hon. Friend is right about that, but prisoners need to work more in prison. On page 9 of the Green Paper, I am pleased to see the coalition Government say:"““Prisoners will increasingly face the tough discipline of regular working hours. This has been lacking in prison regimes for too long.””"
I say, ““Hear, hear”” to that.
