Rehabilitation and Sentencing

The secure training centre in my constituency protects the community when young people are locked up there, and often teaches them to read for the first time. Yet, as it costs more than £100,000 a year for that, what will the Secretary of State do to ensure that those benefits carry over when those young people are released?
