Is not the intervention of the hon. Member for North West Leicestershire (Andrew Bridgen) an example of such a speedy, kamikaze, headlong and blinkered rush into an inevitable period of repentance? I urge the Minister, as he is doing, to inform the House of matters regarding Portugal, which I certainly did not know about, and, please, to continue.
