Daylight Saving Bill

I shall discuss that in more detail, particularly in relation to Galway bay, if my right hon. Friend will be patient. The Government's view is that the consensus across all parts of the UK needed to justify passing legislation on this does not exist. That simple fact must lead us to oppose the hon. Lady's Bill today, but I hope that some of my later remarks will be of comfort to her.
