Daylight Saving Bill

I thank the hon. Gentleman, who just reminds me never to trust him again! My giving way was an aberration, and it will not happen again. I return to the point that any impact analysis of the Bill's proposed changes has to take place in the country and nations under discussion, not in another place with completely different variables that we cannot analyse or factor into our equations.
