Daylight Saving Bill

Proceeding contribution from Albert Owen (Labour) in the House of Commons on Friday, 3 December 2010. It occurred during Debate on bills on Daylight Saving Bill.
No, quite the opposite. That is why I pointed out that there would be little difference during December and January. As the hon. Member for Castle Point pointed out, the benefits from March to October would far outweigh any of the discomfort that people feel during December and January, which are the bleak winter months.
