Daylight Saving Bill

Proceeding contribution from Tobias Ellwood (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Friday, 3 December 2010. It occurred during Debate on bills on Daylight Saving Bill.
The issue of Scotland is critical to the debate. Had the experiment of 1968 to 1971 continued until today, more than 3,500 people who have been killed in Scotland would be alive today.
