Daylight Saving Bill

Proceeding contribution from Rebecca Harris (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Friday, 3 December 2010. It occurred during Debate on bills on Daylight Saving Bill.

The vast majority of Scots live in the central belt of Scotland. The research found that it was beneficial for Scotland overall and that there was a net gain.
