Yes, absolutely. I pay tribute to the insurance companies and the good loss adjusters, but I want to remind people that things are not perfect. If people are still out of their homes after this length of time, something has obviously gone wrong. I have a few ideas for the Minister from constituents—people such as Sue Cashmore and Michelle—about how insurance can be developed.
