Fixed-term Parliaments Bill

I am not going to give way to the hon. Gentleman. He has not been here for most of the debate, so he can just stay in his seat. The hon. Member for Rhondda (Chris Bryant) effectively makes the case for Prime Ministers being able to cut and run. The current Prime Minister is the first one who has put aside that ability in the move to a fixed-term Parliament.
