Friend the Member for Banbury, with his considerable experience of farming and farming practices around the world and our important role in helping developing countries to develop in a sustainable way. It is vital that we proceed in the way suggested and I am sure that we will hear from the Minister about the considerable lengths to which the Government are going to achieve that.
