Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

No, I cannot prolong this part of the debate. I am aware that there is very little time and there are a lot of matters to be discussed. All the other parts of this debate have been froth: the only thing that matters is that in a modern democracy every vote should have an equal value, and every Member of Parliament should come to this House with an equal number of constituents behind them.
