I very much welcome the announcement on marine protected areas that the Minister has repeated today. Could he give us a brief update on the four projects, mentioning not only the tie-in with socio-economic factors but whether they will actually be able to generate, in short order, a good, ecologically coherent network of marine conservation zones, including some no-take zones?
