Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

That is a very difficult issue, but when we had public inquiries in our part of the world the most telling points were made not by QCs and legal representatives but by local people, and such points can be equally well made in written submissions. I believe that the equalisation of constituencies will go some way towards restoring the British public's faith in the electoral system and, indeed, in this House.
