With this we may take the following: amendment 81, in clause 4, page 3, line 34, at end insert- '(3A) The Secretary of State shall publish criteria which he will apply in deciding whether to make Academy orders, which shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed in regulations.'. Amendment 83, in clause 4, page 4, line 3, leave out subsection (6).
