Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill (Money) (No. 3)

If the hon. Gentleman will forgive me, I should like to make some progress on the clauses before the Committee; I look forward to similar agreement across the Chamber in respect of those clauses. New clause 88 provides for a referendum on our voting system for the Westminster Parliament to be held by October 2011.
