My Lords, this amendment to Clause 6 addresses the Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee’s suggestions that in relation to Clauses 2 and 4, the affirmative procedure should apply. That is provided for in my amendment. I entirely accept the committee's view, and I beg to move.
