I am grateful. I cannot argue with those who served on the Committee. I can refer only to the first line of paragraph 203 which states: ""We heard no persuasive evidence of a need for the domestic intelligence agencies to be granted an authorisation to bribe."
On the face of it, that seems a clear-cut view of the committee.
