Pre-Budget Report

If my hon. Friend will forgive me, I am just drawing to a close. If we do that, we can make the process of fiscal consolidation less painful than it would otherwise be. However, no one should pretend that it is not going to be painful, and no one should forget who is to blame for getting us into this crisis.
