I am listening with great interest to what the hon. Gentleman is saying. He is slightly contradicting the right hon. Member for Witney, who at yesterday's Prime Minister's questions seemed to spend most of the time pointing out that Britain was lagging behind many countries that are members of the euro in coming out of the recession. How does the hon. Gentleman square that with what he has been saying?
